- International: DHL express or FedEx, cost varies based on ship to address. Checkout page shows final shipping cost. No additional customs/duties
How long does shipping take?
- In stock: 3 - 4 business days
- In stock: 2 - 7 business days, varies based on country. Checkout page shows accurate shipping times
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. International packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 8215 Menard Ave. Morton Grove, Illinois, US 60053.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
