Where do you ship?

US: We ship to all 50 states with USPS First Class with USPS Tracking® 

International: we ship worldwide, using DHL® express or FedEx® depending on option you select during checkout

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: We are anxious to get your orders out to you as fast as possible! We promptly ship out orders within 24 or 48 hours.  

Shipping time:

U.S. - In stock: 3 - 4 business days.

International - In stock: 2 - 7 business days, varies based on country. Checkout page shows accurate shipping times, based on your address and country.

What happens once I place an order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:  

  1. Your package’s tracking number
  2. Your package is out for delivery
  3. Your package has arrived 

Please ensure address provided is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is returned to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address input by the customer, customer will be responsible to pay the duplicate shipping fee.

If a package has been delivered (according to carrier's tracking) to the shipping address that was provided at checkout, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any issues related to this should be addressed with carrier.
